Особливості подолання кризових явищ пенсійного забезпечення в Україні

Abstract

Розглянуто основні фундації пенсійної системи та особливості її функціонування як складової соціального захисту населення. Виявлено недоліки її фінансування, викладено концептуальні основи пенсійного забезпечення в країнах Європейського союзу та окреслено можливі напрями його поліпшення в Україні. In the article the basic foundation of the pension system and some peculiarities of functioning as a component of social welfare system are considered. The article also reveals the shortcomings of funding, describes the conceptual foundation of pension provision in the European Union, outlines the ways to overcome crisis phenomena of pension provision of Ukraine.
