Стан і проблеми фінансового контролю на місцевому рівні в Україні

Abstract

Проаналізовано організацію фінансового контролю на місцевому рівні. Описано проблематику реалізації функцій кожної групи суб’єктів фінансового контролю. Досліджено особливості здійснення громадського фінансового контролю в умовах зміцнення демократичних відносин у суспільстві та зменшення впливу органів державного управління на місцеве самоврядування Обґрунтовано шляхи оптимізації фінансового контролю на місцевому рівні. The article presents the organization of financial control at local level. The author describes the problems of realization of functions of every group of subjects of financial control. The features of realization of public financial control in the conditions of strengthening of democratic relations in society and reduction of influencing of organs of state administration on local self-government are explored. The author also offers the ways of optimization of financial control at local level.
