Formation of the EU-Ukraine cross-border cooperation concept for the implementation of flagship projects.

Abstract

Granting the status of a candidate for EU accession obliges Ukraine to take into account international standards and requirements related to customs policy. In connection with military aggression, the availability of effective and international standards-compliant customs regulation tools is critically important. Such instruments should be implemented according to the requirements and recommendations of the EU to ensure competitiveness and restore the development of the country's economy. The ratification of the treaties reflects Ukraine's commitment to cooperation and integration of the Ukrainian economy and projects into the European context, which can contribute to improving the efficiency and development of both parties.
