"Pro et contra" природного монополізму: концептуалізація зарубіжних підходів

Abstract

Розглянуто передумови встановлення монопольного режиму з точки зору втрат і вигід, сфокусовано увагу на проблемних аспектах застосування зарубіжних підходів до оцінки ефективності природного монополізму в умовах ринкової економіки. Детально проаналізовано основні моделі регулювання цін в природних монополіях, що активно використовуються в США, Канаді, Великобританії Франції Німеччині. The article deals with the problems of fixation the monopoly regime from the point of view of losses and profits; the attention is spared on the problem aspects of application the foreign approaches to estimation of efficiency the natural monopolies in the conditions of market economy. Basic models of price regulations in the natural monopolies are analyzed (which actively used in the USA, Canada, Great Britain, France and Germany).
