Державне будівництво та державно-правові ідеї Павла Скоропадського

Abstract

Розглянуто основні етапи розбудови Української Держави та зміни поглядів Павла Скоропадського на державу і право. Висвітлено уроки державного будівництва у зазначений період. Розкрито зв'язок між ідеями Гетьмана про форму держави (форма державного правління, державного устрою і політичного режиму) та практичним втіленням в Українській Державі. Досліджено роль права у процесі державного будівництва згідно з концепцією П. Скоропадського.

Обґрунтовано, що результати діяльності П. Скоропадського є актуальними та надзвичайно корисними для незалежної України, адже мудра політика консерватизму, врахування національного аспекту та досвіду державництва у буремні часи допоможе нашій державі у становленні демократії та є найкращим прославленням пам’яті Гетьмана. The main stages of the development of the Ukrainian State and changes the in Pavlo Skoropadskyi’s views on the state and law are considered. The lessons of state construction in the specified period are highlighted. The article reveals the connection between the Hetman’s ideas about the form of the state (the form of state government, state organization and political regime) and its practical implementation in the Ukrainian state. The role of law in the process of state building is studied according to P. Skoropadskyi’s concept. It is substantiated that the results of P. Skoropadskyi’s activities are relevant and extremely useful for independent Ukraine, because the wise policy of conservatism, taking into account the national aspect and the experience of statesmanship in turbulent times will help our state in the establishment of democracy, and it is the best glorification of the Hetman’s memory.
