Фінансові інструменти в Спільній аграрній політиці ЄС

Abstract

Обґрунтовано реформування Спільної аграрної політики, спрямоване на перехід від прямих дотацій до використання складних фінансових продуктів з метою підтримки агробізнесу. Визначено основні суперечності спільної аграрної політики ЄС щодо дотацій та використання страхування для самостійного управління ризиками та стабільністю доходів. This article grounds reform of the Common Agricultural Policy. This policy aims to transition from direct subsidies to the use of complex financial products to support agribusiness. The article also defines the basic contradiction EU Common Agricultural Policy on the use of subsidies and insurance for independent risk management and stable income.
