Регулювання міжнародних фінансових ринків в умовах глобалізації світової економіки

Abstract

На основі аналізу процесів та явищ, що характеризують сучасний стан сфери регулювання, у статті досліджено природу сучасних проблем регулювання міжнародних фінансових ринків. Розглянуто основні моделі, механізми та інститути регулювання фінансових ринків, а також проаналізовано ефективність сучасної системи регулювання. За результатами дослідження обґрунтовано необхідність розробки нових підходів та появи “альтернативних” форм регулювання міжнародних фінансових ринків в умовах глобалізації світової економіки. The article examines the problems of international financial markets regulation on the basis of analysis of current events and process, which characterize modern condition of the financial regulation sphere. There are identified the main models, mechanisms, institutions of regulation, and analyzed effectiveness of their operation. As to the results of the research the article evaluates necessity and importance of new ways and “alternative” forms of international financial markets regulation in the global economic environment.
