Political and social vectors of adaptability of regulation in the light of global transformation of governance.

Abstract

The rise in the intensity of armed conflicts has led to significant structural changes in the world's economies, including a redistribution of demand across sectors due to changes in consumer behavior and the growing priority of essential goods. An inclusive approach to reforms can reduce social resistance, as consideration of public interests and transparency of decision-making contribute to a more positive perception of the reforms.
