Вплив-інтернет залежності на емоційну зрілість у осіб підліткового віку

Abstract

Дипломна робота присвячена дослідженню психологічних аспектів взяємозв'язку між надмірним користуванням інтернетом та рівнем емоційної зрілості підлітків. Актуальність цього дослідження зумовлена стрімким зростанням чисельності випадків інтернет-залежності серед молоді та її негативним впливом на психоемоційний розвиток, соціальну адаптацію й академічні успіхи. Основна мета роботи полягає у визначенні ступеня впливу інтернетзалежності на процес формування емоційної зрілості в підлітковому віці. Для реалізації цієї мети використовувалися комплексні психодіагностичні методики, серед яких тест Янг (ІАТ), шкала оцінки емоційної зрілості та опитувальник щодо користування інтернетом. Емпіричне дослідження охопило групу з 60 підлітків віком 13-17 років. Здобуті результати демонструють, що підлітки з високим рівнем інтернет-залежності характеризуються зниженим рівнем емоційної зрілості, слабкими навичками саморегуляції та підвищеною емоційною нестабільністю. Виявлені закономірності дали змогу сформулювати рекомендації для батьків, педагогів і психологів, спрямовані на профілактику інтернетзалежності та підтримку розвитку емоційної зрілості підлітків.

The thesis on the topic "The impact of Internet addiction on emotional maturity in adolescents" is devoted to the study of the psychological aspects of the relationship between excessive Internet use and the level of emotional maturity of adolescents. The relevance of this study is due to the rapid increase in the number of cases of Internet addiction among young people and its negative impact on psycho-emotional development, social adaptation and academic success. The main goal of the work is to determine the degree of influence of Internet addiction on the process of forming emotional maturity in adolescence. To achieve this goal, complex psychodiagnostic methods were used, including the Young's Test (IAT), the Emotional Maturity Assessment Scale, and a questionnaire on Internet use. The empirical study covered a group of 60 adolescents aged 13-17 years. The results obtained demonstrate that adolescents with a high level of Internet addiction are characterized by a reduced level of emotional maturity, weak self-regulation skills, and increased emotional instability. The revealed patterns made it possible to formulate recommendations for parents, teachers, and psychologists aimed at preventing Internet addiction and supporting the development of emotional maturity in adolescents.
