| dc.description.abstract | The key vector in the development of modern post-industrial society, which is formed under the influence of informatization and computerization processes, is the intellectualization of all spheres of social life. This results from the dominance of intellectual activity, which takes precedence over the production of material goods and services. Consequently, there is a steady trend toward the intellectualization of production factors. This article explores the relevance and the need for the intellectualization of production and implementation of smart-specialization in the regions of Ukraine during post-war recovery as the only path toward realizing the country’s sustainable development strategy. | uk_UA |
