Abstract
In the article, the authors considered the theoretical and methodological
foundations of modelling business processes, namely business processes of an
enterprise (including business processes in logistics), modern logistics concepts, as
well as the principles of a quality management system. The theoretical and
methodological study made it possible to form a research methodology, conduct an
experiment on the example of a transport and logistics business process, and also
propose a business process model based on logistics concepts and principles of a
quality management system. With minimal adaptation, this model can be used for all
business processes of business entities.
У статті автори розглядали теоретичне та методологічне
основи моделювання бізнес-процесів, а саме бізнес-процесів
підприємство (включаючи бізнес-процеси в логістиці), сучасні логістичні концепції, як
а також принципи системи управління якістю. Теоретичні та
Методологічне дослідження дозволило сформувати методологію дослідження, провести
експеримент на прикладі транспортно-логістичного бізнес-процесу, а також
запропонувати модель бізнес-процесу на основі логістичних концепцій та принципів
система управління якістю. З мінімальною адаптацією цю модель можна використовувати для всіх
бізнес-процеси суб’єктів господарювання.
