Міжбюджетні відносини в Україні: оцінка і напрямки реформування

Abstract

Проаналізовано вітчизняну практику організації міжбюджетних відносин, досліджено масштаби, причини й наслідки внутрісистемного перерозподілу бюджетних ресурсів. Окреслено напрямки активізації міжбюджетних відносин для забезпечення реального вирівнювання соціально-економічного розвитку територій і підтримки місцевого самоврядування. The national model of organization of inter-budget relations is analysed, also the scopes, reasons and consequences of inter-system distribution of the resources are researched. The policy lines are described for activation the inter-budget relations to ensure the actual leveling of social and economic development of the territories, likewise of local self-government support.
