Закономірності еволюції формувань корпоративного типу в економіці

Abstract

Предметом статті є дослідження особливостей еволюції формувань корпоративного типу в економіці. Мета роботи полягає в узагальненні закономірностей розвитку формувань корпоративного типу в економіці з виокремленням характерних етапів розвитку та їх змістовним описом. Використано наступні методи: монографічний, абстрактно-логічний, аналогій, експертний метод, аналіз і синтез.Результатом статті є виокремлення чотирьох етапів розвитку корпоративних формувань: поширення примітивних форм товариств, розвиток командитних товариств (без статусу юридичної особи), виникнення та розвиток підприємств-юридичних осіб, поява та розвиток об’єднань юридичних осіб. Етапи визначались на основі їх опису, визначення форми об’єднання, характеристики об’єднання за юридичним статусом, характером відповідальності, рівнем централізації управління, періодом та місцем виникнення. Внесено пропозиції щодо подальшого вивчення особливостей їх управління та можливостей використання при вирішенні суспільно-економічних завдань розвитку. Результати можуть бути використані при вдосконаленні корпоративного управління на мікро- та макроекономічному рівнях управління.

The subject of the article is the study of features of evolution of formations of corporate type in economics. The generalization of regularities of development of units of corporate type in economics with determination specific stages of development and their meaningful description has become the aim of the article. The following methods have been used in the article: monograph method, abstract and logica methodl, analogy method, expert method, method of analysis and synthesis. The determination of four stages of development of corporate formations has become the main result of the article. They are as the following: expanding of primitive forms of partnership, development of limited partnership (without the status of legal entities), emergence and development of enterprises-legal entities, appearance and development associations of legal entities. These stages have been determined on the basis of their description, determination of organization form of associations, characteristic of association under a legal status, the nature of responsibility, degree of centralization of management, period and place of origin. Proposals for further study of peculiarities of their management and possibilities of use in the process of solving of socio and economic tasks of development are represented. The results can be used for improvement of corporation management at the micro- and macroeconomic levels of management.
