Фінансова доступність медичних послуг

Abstract

Фінансова доступність медичних послуг, насамперед в умовах нинішньої економічної кризи, є, на нашу думку, складною проблемою. Вона залежить від спроможності держави фінансувати систему охорони здоров’я (зокрема, забезпечувати бюджетними коштами витрати на надання Гарантованого державою базового обсягу загальнодоступної медичної і фармацевтичної допомоги), а також населення - оплачувати медичні послуги, що не належать до ґарантованого державою базового обсягу. В статті досліджено проблему співвідношення фінансової спроможності населення та фінансової доступності йому медичних послуг. Financial ability to the health care services, especially in the current economic crisis, is a complicated problem. It depends on the financial capacity of the country to finance the health care system (in particular, to provide state budget financing for the government guaranteed basic package of public medical and pharmaceutical care), as well as the community to pay for medical services that do not belong to the government guaranteed base volume. In the article it is represented the assessment of public availability to health care services, curried out the investigations of the households financial capacity impact to the households numbers of whose members did not receive health care.
