Abstract

Розглянуто теоретичні й практичні аспекти організації депозитарної діяльності Національного банку України та комерційних банків. Визначено напрями подальшого розвитку депозитарних послуг банків відповідно до міжнародної практики та необхідність структурування послуг для їх пропозиції клієнтам з метою розширення депозитарної діяльності в конкурентній боротьбі з парабанківськими установами. The article deals with theoretic and practical aspects of the organization of depository activity of National and commercial banks of Ukraine. We determined the ways of further development of depository services of banks according to the international practice and the necessity of structuring of services to offer them to customers with the purpose of expansion of depository activity in the competitive struggle with the parabanking institutions.
