Management of Rationalization of Labor Resources in the Context of Formation of the Social Market Economy.

Abstract

The system of priorities of social policy of the state should have a new pragmatism of labor relations, which are developing in accordance with the priorities of economic policy and strategies of triple – economic, social and environmental – sustainable development. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of institutional theory allows the development and formulation of the necessary conditions for the definition of «social capital» and a clear division of functions of the state and labor resources, as well as the prevention of opportunistic approaches. The dialectical approach takes into account the influence of modern demographic processes on the formation and use of labor potential in the economic system of the country. The reproductive approach takes into account the features and stages of the cycle of financial resources in the process of planning reproductive financing of human resources.
