Peculiarities of Financial and Credit Relations in the Context of Digital Transformation of Financial Services.

Abstract

The development of financial and credit relations is accompanied by a risk that requires the use of various forms of guarantees: guarantee of return on capital (guarantee of zero income); fixed return guarantee; inflationoriented or index-oriented guarantee, which provides profitability at the level of the consumer price index or the selected benchmark; current nominal guarantee; floating warranty. In practice, guarantees are paid and are ultimately paid for by system participants or taxpayers. The greater the amount covered by the guarantee, the more expensive it is. The progressive digitalization of financial processes accelerates the unification of national economies, helps to optimize international production. In Ukraine, in order to expand cooperation in the economic sphere, taking into account current trends of financial globalization, it is important that capital markets receive a wide range of effective financial instruments that will be used to form quality portfolios of institutional investors. State regulation should be aimed at avoiding administrative arbitration in regulating the methods of raising funds and making investments.
