Прагматизм розрахунків органів Пенсійного фонду з одержувачами пенсій і допомог

Abstract

Розглянуто питання історії впорядкування та чинного порядку управління фінансовими потоками у системі державного пенсійного забезпечення. Визначено взаємозв’язок етапів фінансування пенсійних виплат з методикою обліку розрахунків з одержувачами пенсій і допомог. Сформовано пропозиції вдосконалення техніки і методики обліку розрахунків з пенсіонерами, їх відображення у звітності. The issue of regulation history and modern financial flows management in the system of the state pension providing is considered. Here it is defined the interrelation between the pension payments financing stages and the accounting method with the recipients of pensions and benefits. The suggestions to improvement of techniques and methods of payments with pensioners, and their reflection in accounting report are given.
