Нормування праці: проблеми теорії

Abstract

Удосконалено теоретичні положення з нормування праці, а саме: сформульовано понятійно-категорійний апарат відповідно до сучасного призначення нормування праці на підприємстві, узагальнено сучасні підходи вчених-економістів стосовно принципів функціонування системи нормування праці на підприємстві та його функціонального призначення. Theoretical positions are improved from rationing of labor, in particular, concept terms are formulated in accordance with the modern function of rationing of labor on an enterprise, modern approaches of scientists-economists are generalized in relation to the question of principles of functioning of the system of rationing of labor on an enterprise and it’s functional setting.
