Forced migration and adaptive measures in the context of geolocal military confrontations.

Abstract

The development of grant funding for the Reconstruction Plan of Ukraine should take into account current labor market policy measures aimed at organizing "cleaner jobs" and facilitating the transition for workers to new working conditions. The financial potential of households depends on the flow of income, part of which is irreversibly consumed, and the other – is converted into real and financial assets. Households have a differentiated financial structure, which includes income, expenses, investments, funds, liabilities, reserves. The social function of financial policy is important, aimed at social assistance, insurance, transfers for the segment of household workers who receive temporary disability benefits, or have been officially registered and receive unemployment benefits.
