Процес упровадження синергетичного механізму в систему управління підприємствами світлотехнічної галузі

Abstract

Вступ. Машинобудівна галузь України загалом та світлотехнічна галузь зокрема функціонують у складних конкурентних умовах, що призводить до виникнення кризових явищ. Успішну діяльність підприємств на ринку повинна забезпечувати система управління, яка на сьогодні характеризується невисокою ефективністю. Вирішенню цієї проблеми сприятиме використання підприємствами світлотехнічної галузі синергетичного механізму у процесі їх функціонування і розвитку, який формується на основі змін внутрішніх взаємодій, які спрямовуються на створення узгоджених взаємовідносин у процесі ведення господарської діяльності. Метою статті є розкриття процесу впровадження змін, пов’язаних із реалізацією синергетичного механізму, у систему управління підприємствами світлотехнічної галузі. Результати полягають у розробці науково-практичного підходу реалізації синергії на підприємствах світлотехнічної галузі шляхом виокремлення 3–х етапів упровадження змін у внутрішній взаємодії, кожний з яких містить перелік виконання необхідних заходів, та визначення результатів від реалізації синергетичного механізму. Висновки і рекомендації можуть бути основою для розрахунку вказаних результатів та визначають синергетичний ефект. Introduction. The Ukrainian machine-building industry as a whole and lighting engineering in particular are functioning in difficult conditions of competition. It can lead to crisis phenomena in the national economy as a whole and in the lighting engineering industry in particular. A company’s successful functioning on the market should be ensured by its management system, which at the moment is characterized by low efficiency. The use of the synergetic mechanism by lighting-engineering companies in the process of their functioning and development can provide the solution of this problem. It is based on changes in the internal interactions. Their aim is to establish coordinated interrelations in the process of economic activity. Purpose. The aim of the article is to reveal the process of implementation of changes which are connected with the introduction of the synergetic mechanism in the system of management of lighting-engineering companies. Results. The development of a practical scientific approach to the implementation of synergy in lighting-engineering companies by singling out 3 stages of implementation of changes in the internal interaction has been shown in the article. Each of these stages includes a list of necessary measures and expected results from the implementation of the synergetic mechanism. The conclusions and recommendations may serve as a basis for the calculation of the expected results and the determination of the synergetic effect.
