Комплексне оцінювання та механізми зміцнення фінансової безпеки системи підприємницьких структур: інформаційно-аналітичний підхід

Abstract

Досліджено теоретико-прикладні аспекти фінансової безпеки системи підприємницьких структур на основі інформаційно-аналітичного підходу в сучасних постконфліктних умовах; виявлено специфіку інформа- ційно-аналітичної підсистеми фінансової безпеки підприємства на основі застосування інтегрованої оцінки; обґрунтовано особливості багатовекторного механізму інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємств у контексті виокремлення комплексу заходів щодо її зміцнення. Theoretical and applied aspects of financial security of the system of business structures on the basis of information and analytical approach in modern post-conflict conditions have been researched; the specificity of information-analytical subsystem of financial security of enterprise on the basis of application of integrated assessment has been revealed; the features of multi-vector mechanism of information-analytical provision of financial security of enterprises in the context of allocation of a complex of measures on strengthening have been grounded. It should be noted that information and analytical support is considered as a system that includes a set of methods, tools and methods aimed at collecting, analyzing, protecting information, as well as forecasting, continuous advisory support and making recommendations for effective management decisions of an operational and strategic nature. Meanwhile, it should be noted that a special role in information and analytical support of financial security is to minimize the risks of loss of information flows at the enterprise and timely identification of threats that will have a negative impact in the future on the activity of the object, prevention and counteraction, respectively. Thus, a properly built system of information and analytical support allows to achieve a high level of financial security of enterprises, using innovative technologies and taking into account a number of factors that affect the indicators of economic efficiency and specificity of the enterprise. Modern scientific research points to the fact that the following subsystems should be interpreted on the basis of the tasks assigned to the system of information and analytical support: economic intelligence, information security and analytical and consulting support.
