Abstract

Проаналізовано сучасні форми міжфірмової співпраці у науково­технічній сфері та удосконалено процедуру вибору партнерів реалізації міжнародного науково­технічного співробітництва. Запропоновано механізм адаптації міжнародного науково­технічного співробітництва в межах інноваційного кластера, визначено можливі ефекти синергізму від кластерної взаємодії учасників. The modern forms of collaboration are analysed in a scientific and technical sphere and procedure of choice of partners of realization of international scientific and technical cooperation is improved. The mechanism of adaptation of international scientific and technical cooperation is offered within the limits of innovative a cluster, the effects of are certainly possible from cluster co­operation of participants.
