Abstract

Пристрій для лікування та реабілітації травматичних пошкоджень нижніх кінцівок за допомогою постійного скелетного витягнення на стандартній шині Белера. Пристрій містить дві платформи: опорну та основну горизонтальну і трособлокову систему. Глибина канавки блока-колеса трособлокової системи виконана більшою, ніж діаметр троса. На верхній частині блока-колеса виконаний замок з можливістю фіксації троса в канавці та вільного руху по колу блока-колеса трособлокової системи. The device for the treatment and the rehabilitation of the traumatic injuries of the lower limbs provides for the permanent skeletal extension using the standard Beler splint. The device contains two platforms: the support platform and the major horizontal platform. The device is also equipped with the rope-and-sheave system. The depth of the groove in the sheave exceeds the diameter of the rope. The upper part of the sheave contains the lock for positioning the rope within the groove allowing for the free circular movement of the sheave.
