Особливості стратегічного аналізу галузі

Abstract

У статті розкрито особливості стратегічного аналізу галузі. Визначено, що привабливість будь-якої галузі визначається рівнем її прибутковості, який залежить від таких факторів, як цінність товару, інтенсивність конкуренції та співвідношення ринкової влади виробників і їх постачальників. Охарактеризовано життєвий цикл галузі та зосереджено увагу на чинниках галузевої структури в життєвому циклі. Виділено альтернативні підходи до аналізу привабливості галузі, зокрема стратегічну матрицю оточуючого середовища і конкурентну динаміку. In the article is exposed the special features of the strategic industry analysis. It is cleared that the industry profitability is determined with the standard of its profit and it depends on such factors as the price of goods, the intensity of completion and the correlation of the market authority to their production and providers. It has been characterized the life cycle of the industry and it concentrated our care to the valid industry structure in the life cycle of the industry. It is selected the alternative attractiveness of the industry mainly the strategic aim of the environment and competing dynamics.
