Складові моделі фінансового забезпечення соціальної сфери села

Abstract

Предметом статті є огляд наукових складових моделі фінансового забезпечення соціальної сфери сільських територій. Мета статті – систематизувати та обґрунтувати складові моделі фінансового забезпечення соціальної сфери села. У роботі застосовано метод аналогій, експертний метод, аналізу і синтезу, метод порівняльного описування. Результатом статті є детальний аналіз сучасних наукових підходів до стратегії розвитку сільських територій та їх моделей, систематизація у єдиному вимірі та пропозиції щодо поліпшення складових моделі розвитку фінансового забезпечення соціальної сфери села. Результати можуть бути використані при формуванні бюджетів сільських територій в умовах адмінреформи.The subject of the article is the review of the scientific components of the model of financial providing of social sphere of rural areas. The purpose of the article can be determined as the systematization and substantiation of the main elements of financial models of ensuring of social village sphere. The following methods have been used in the research: a method of analogies, the expert method, method of analysis and synthesis, comparative method of description. A detailed analysis of existing scientific approaches to rural development strategies and its models, the systematization in a single dimension and the suggestions for improvement the component model of the financial provision of the village social sphere are the main results of the article. These results can be used in the process of the formation of rural areas budgets in terms of administrative reform.
