Передумови становлення інституту громадянства в УНР

Abstract

Встановлено тісний зв’язок між формуванням інституту громадянства на українських землях з національною ідентичністю населення. Зазначено, що остання визначається через усвідомлення людиною власної належності до певної національної групи, єдиної мови і території, економіки, культури, специфіки народного характеру, історичну пам’ять. Вказано, що особливістю досліджуваного періоду стало правове оформлення національної ідентичності через створення національних держав: Української Народної Республіки, Української держави П. Скоропадського, УНР (часів Директорії), ЗУНР та вперше прийняття власне українського законодавства, у тому числі про українське громадянство. There was set up a close connection between the formation of the institute of citizenship on Ukrainian lands with the national identity of the population. The latter is determined through the awareness of the person belonging to a certain national group, the only language and territory, economy, culture, the specifics of the people’s character, historical memory. The peculiarity of the period under study was the legal design of the national identity through the creation of national states - the Ukrainian People’s Republic, the Ukrainian state P. Skoropadsky, the UNR (at the time of the Directory), the ZUNR, and for the first time the adoption actually of Ukrainian legislation, including on Ukrainian citizenship.
