Approach to mathematical modeling of temperature regime of district heating systems was analyzed. Using the single-circuit individual heat point, the temperature regime of the district heating system was simulated, taking into account the control of the outside air temperature and the specific thermal characteristics of the buildings. Measures to reduce the level of thermal energy consumption and CO 2 emissions and to provide comfortable indoor conditions have been identified. The results of the study show that this approach can reduce overall heat consumption and CO 2 emissions by 21-23%.uk_UA
