Кореляційно-регресійне аналізування непрямих техногенних збитків у національному господарстві

Abstract

p strongВступ. /strongДослідження взаємозв’язку між деструктивним впливом господарської діяльності підприємств на довкілля і суспільство та спричиненими цим впливом наслідками, що описується поняттям непрямих техногенних збитків, було проведено на рівні національного господарства. Вирішення цієї проблеми полягає у визначенні рівнів захворюваності й смертності через хвороби в результаті встановленого взаємозв’язку між обсягами техногенного навантаження та якістю життя населення./pp strongМета. /strongЗ метою дослідження непрямих техногенних збитків у національному господарстві було поставлено наступні завдання: 1) встановлення взаємозалежностей між обсягами забруднення довкілля (викидами забруднювальних речовин в атмосферу, скидами у водні об’єкти та утвореними відходами) та погіршенням стану здоров’я населення України на основі багатофакторної кореляційно-регресійної економіко-математичної моделі; 2) проведення економічного оцінювання та прогнозування необхідних обсягів відшкодування витрат на охорону здоров’я населення, яке проживає у забрудненому довкіллі./pp strongРезультати. /strongПроведене дослідження непрямих техногенних збитків в національному господарстві дозволило встановити наступне. Взаємозалежність між обсягами забруднення довкілля (викидами забруднювальних речовин в атмосферу, скидами у водні об’єкти та утвореними відходами) та погіршенням стану здоров’я населення України (рівні захворюваності і смертності) встановлена на проміжку 1992 - 2012 рр. методом багатофакторного кореляційно-регресійного аналізування. Побудовані регресійні економіко-математичні моделі для рівнів захворювання на основні хвороби дозволили спрогнозувати їх значення у 2013 р. і 2014 р. Проведене економічне оцінювання та прогнозування необхідних обсягів відшкодування витрат на охорону здоров’я населення, яке проживає у забрудненому довкіллі, засвідчило значне зростання витрат на охорону здоров’я при оптимістичному та стрімке - при песимістичному прогнозах. The built regressive economic-mathematical models for disease levels have allowed predicting their values in 2013 and 2014. The economic evaluation and prediction of the required volumes of reimbursement for health of people living in polluted environment have shown a significant increase of costs on health care in optimistic forecast and their rapid growth in pessimistic forecast. The results can be practically used to establish the amounts of compensation and to seek additional funding to cover the indirect losses to the national economy, which is the basis for further research. /span/p
