АВТОМАТИЗОВАНА ІНФОРМАЦІЙНА СИСТЕМА МИТНИЦІ – СТРАТЕГІЧНИЙ НАПРЯМ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ ФІСКАЛЬНОЇ СЛУЖБИ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

В статті розглянуто питання реалізації автоматизації внутрішніх процедур діяльності органів ДФС, розвитку сучасної, стабільної та захищеної митної інфраструктури. Проаналізовано питання прискорення проведення митних формальностей, оптимізації транзитних процедур, посилення системи управління ризиками та націленого контролю за допомогою впровадження автоматизованих інформаційних систем в діяльність органів ДФС України. Визначено умови успішного розвитку автоматизованих інформаційних систем митниць ДФС України. The article deals with the implementationof the automation of internal procedures of the revenue activities and revenue authorities of the DFS, the development of a modern, stable and secured customs infrastructure. The questions of customs formalities acceleration, optimization of transit procedures, strengthening of risk management system and targeted control through the introduction of automated information systems in the activities of DFS bodies of Ukraine are analyzed in this article. The conditions for the successful development of automated information systems of Ukrainian customs are determined here.
