| dc.description | In the modern Ukrainian economy, the tendency for the increase of the level of customs rules’ violation and the import of contraband goods is preserved. This poses a real threat to the economic security of the state. The clandestine import and export of such items as narcotics, weapons, cigarettes and cultural property represent a particular danger, since well-organized transnational markets connected with the contraband of these goods have arisen. The article investigates the factors, threats and indicators of customs crime, analyzes the economic losses of the state from the perpetration of customs crimes, as well as suggests the development ways of systemic fight against criminality in the customs sphere. The economic losses of the state from the perpetration of customs crimes are examined. The volumes of illegal economic activities in Ukraine and the world are rated. This article also investigated foreign experience of customs security ensuring and proposes the ways of the development of the systemic fight against criminality in the customs sphere. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | В сучасній економіці України зберігається тенденція щодо зростання рівня порушення митних правил та ввезення контрабандних товарів, що створює реальну загрозу економічній безпеці держави. Особливу небезпеку представляє контрабандне ввезення та вивезення таких предметів, як наркотичні засоби, зброя, сигарети, культурні цінності, тому що виникли високоорганізовані транснаціональні ринки, пов'язані з контрабандою цих товарів. У статті проведено дослідження чинників, загроз та індикаторів митної злочинності, проаналізовано економічні втрати держави від здійснення митних злочинів, а також запропоновано шляхи розвитку системної боротьби із злочинністю в митній сфері. Досліджено економічні втрати держави від здійснення митних злочинів. Проведено оцінку обсягів нелегальної економічної діяльності в Україні та світі, а також досліджено зарубіжний досвід щодо забезпечення митної безпеки та запропоновано шляхи розвитку системи боротьби із злочинністю в митній сфері. | uk_UA |
