Нераціональне сприйняття вимог як фактор дезадаптації спортсменів

Abstract

У статті проаналізовані особливості використання певних додаткових засобів у спортивній практиці з метою психокорекції особистішої готовності спортсменів до змагань. Встановлено, що деякі засоби, зокрема прийоми перефокусування, визначення найближчої мети, самообмеження, здебільшого є ефективними психокорегуючими чинниками у сучасній спортивній діяльності і тому можуть рекомендуватися спортсменам для їх щоденного використання, що істотно збагатить психодуховним змістом сферу сучасного спорту. The article deals with the analysis of the specific use of some additional means in the sporting practice for the psycho-correction of the personal aptitude of sportsmen to the competitions. It is found out, that some means, in particular, the techniques of refocusing, determination of the nearest aim, self-limitation, is an efficient psycho-corrective factors in the modern sporting activity and that is why it can be recommended to sportsmen for their everyday use which considerably enriches spiritually the sphere of modern sport.
