A structure of state the financial resources of the system of state insurance in Ukraine during 2012-2016

Abstract

The financial resources of the system of state social insurance are formed through such a financial mechanism instrument as insurance premiums (the internal financial resources). However, one of the important sources of such resources in Ukraine is also the funds from the state budget and other state social funds (the external financial resources). In this case, taxes as an instrument of a financial mechanism become a source for the formation of financial resources of the system of state social insurance in Ukraine. This practice determines the need to study the practice of forming the financial resources of the state social insurance both at the expense of insurance premiums and at the expense of tax incomes.
