Вплив рівня емоційної інтелектуальності особистості на її професійну успішність у системі «людина – людина»

Abstract

У бакалаврській роботі досліджено вплив рівня емоційної інтелектуальності особистості на її професійну успішність у системі «людина – людина». Зокрема, виявленосутність, структуру та функції емоційної інтелектуальності особистості, особливості дослідження самооцінки та об’єктивних показників емоційного інтелекту представників соціономічних професій. А також показано специфікупрояву інтелекту у представників професій типу «людина – людина» та обґрунтувати важливість навичок soft skills успішності у професії та намічено шляхи розвитку емоційної інтелектуальності як чинника професійної успішності та сформованоконцептуальну модель впливу емоційної інтелектуальності на професійну успішність.

The bachelor’s thesis investigates the influence of the level of an individual’s emotional intelligence on their professional success within the “person–person” system. In particular, it identifies the essence, structure, and functions of emotional intelligence, as well as the specifics of studying self-assessment and objective indicators of emotional intelligence among representatives of socionomic professions. It also demonstrates the specific manifestations of intelligence in professions of the “person–person” type, substantiates the importance of soft skills for professional success, outlines ways to develop emotional intelligence as a factor of professional achievement, and presents a conceptual model of the impact of emotional intelligence on professional success.
