Abstract

У статті досліджується питання управління безпекою праці як напряму імплементації засад сталості в сфері охорони здоров’я. Метою статті є формування практичних рекомендацій щодо управління безпекою праці як напряму імплементації засад сталості в сфері охорони здоров’я та його вдосконалення. Наукове дослідження показує місце охорони здоров’я у забезпеченні сталого розвитку. Наведено пріоритетні напрями імплементації засад сталості в у сфері охорони здоров’я. Вказано принципи сталого розвитку системи охорони здоров’я. Систематизовано причини, що обумовлюють необхідність управління охороною праці та забезпеченням її безпеки в медичних закладах, і, відповідно, цілі такого управління. Визначено елемнти кадрової безпеки як складової безпеки медичного закладу. Констатовано, що важливим завданням управління кадровою безпекою в медичних закладах має бути розвиток професіоналізму кадрів. Стверджується, що професіоналізм лікаря за результативною ознакою чинить прямий вплив на результативність роботи медичного закладу, в цілому. У контексті цього резюмовано, що саме показник результативності роботи медичного закладу за соціальною, медичною і економічною складовими уможливить ідентифікування стану впровадження таких важливих принципів сталого розвитку системи охорони здоров’я як: високий професіоналізм; технологічна та кадрова забезпеченість; високий рівень сервісного супроводу медичної допомоги; високий рівень інформованості пацієнта. Представлено доцільні заходи активізації мотиваційної складової управління кадровою безпекою в медичних закладах з метою вдосконалення такого управління. Науковою новизною статті є системне дослідження щодо місця і ролі безпеки праці у формуванні засад сталості, зокрема, в сфері охорони здоров’я. Практична значущість статті полягає у можливості використання її результатів в процесі прийняття управлінських рішень щодо управління безпекою праці в медичних закладах задля імплементації засад сталості в сфері охорони здоров’я. Scientific novelty of the paper is the systematic study of the place and security role in the formation of the principles of sustainability, especially in the field of public health. The practical significance of this article is the ability to use its results in decision- making on security management in health facilities to implement the principles of sustainability in health care.
