ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФОРМУВАННЯ ОПТИМАЛЬНОЇ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ ФОНДОВОГО РИНКУ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання становлення та динаміку розвитку фондового ринку в Україні. Розкрито структуру та особливості формування інфраструктури фондового ринку, показано його вплив на розвиток економіки країни загалом. Визначено, що ефективність функціонування фондового ринку залежить від багатьох об'єктивних та суб'єктивних факторів, серед яких особливе місце займає створення інфраструктури, адекватної рівню економічного зростання та фінансових взаємовідносин. The formation and dynamics of the stock market development in Ukraine is suggested in this article. The structure and the features of the formation of the stock market optimal infrastructure are revealed here. Its influence on the development of the country economy as a whole is considered in the article. It is determined that the effectiveness of the stock market functioning depends on a number of objective and subjective factors, among which a special place occupies the formation of the infrastructure, equivalent to the level of economic growth and financial relations.
