Управління позиками міжнародних фінансових організацій

Abstract

Проведено оцінку використання позик МФО на виконання системних та інвестиційних проектів економічного і соціального розвитку України та виявлено, що ці позики використовувались неефективно. Обґрунтовано основні причини неефективного використання запозичених у МФО коштів. Розглянуто проблеми управління прямими та умовними зобов’язаннями. Запропоновано дійові заходи для нівелювання загроз дестабілізації державних фінансів з боку гарантованого боргу. The estimation of the use of loans of IFO is conducted on implementation of system and investment projects of economic and social development of Ukraine and it is discovered that these loans were utillized uneffective. Grounded principal reasons of the uneffective use of the facilities adopted in IFO. The problems of management direct and conventional obligations are considered. Effective measures are offered for leveling of threats of destabilization of state finances from the side of the assured debt.
