Індустріальні парки як інструмент модернізації регіональної економіки

Abstract

Обґрунтовано важливість реалізації послідовної політики стимулювання розвитку індустріальних парків в Україні як синергетичного механізму стимулювання інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності, що чинить системний багатоцільовий вплив на економіку, сприяючи структурно-технологічній модернізації й водночас виступаючи потужним рушієм місцевого та регіонального розвитку. Висвітлено сутність індустріальних (промислових) парків, що дозволить здійснити промислову модернізацію країни й регіонів та відновити конкурентоспроможність національного товаровиробника на ринку глобальних інвестицій. Розкрито особливості механізмів державної підтримки індустріальних парків в Україні та за кордоном. Запропоновано механізм створення та функціонування вітчизняних індустріальних парків з конкретизацією моделей управління такими територіальними утвореннями у контексті світового досвіду. The importance of implementing a consistent policy of encouraging the development of in- dustrial parks in Ukraine as a synergetic mechanism for stimulating investment and innovation ac- tivity, which has a systemic multi-purpose impact on the economy, contributes to structural and technological modernization and, at the same time, acts as a powerful engine of local and regional development. The essence of industrial (industrial) parks is highlighted, which will allow to carry out industrial modernization of the country and regions and restore the competitiveness of the na- tional commodity producer in the global investment market. Features of mechanisms of state sup- port of industrial parks in Ukraine and abroad are revealed. The mechanism of creation and func- tioning of domestic industrial parks with specification of models of management by such territorial entities in the context of world experience is proposed.
