Оцінювання ефективності управління інтелектуальним потенціалом молокопереробних підприємств

Abstract

Вступ. Досліджено методичні підходи в оцінюванні ефективної управління інтелектуальним потенціалом підприємства як фундаментального чинника забезпечення інтелектуалізації на мікрорівні. Систематизовано оцінні показники в межах особистісного та організаційного елементів інтелектуального потенціалу. Здійснено аналіз стану та динаміки інтелектуального потенціалу молокопереробних товариств. Встановлено резерви для покращення ефективності управління інтелектуальним потенціалом молокопереробних товариств на основі оцінних показників. Предметом дослідження є оцінювання ефективності управління інтелектуальним потенціалом молокопереробних підприємств. Метою дослідження є оцінювання ефективності управління інтелектуальним потенціалом суб’єктів господарювання корпоративного сектора, які провадять свою діяльність в сфері молокопереробки та мають перспективи виходу на міжнародні ринки. Метод (методологія). У процесі дослідження для обґрунтованості положень, наведених у статті, використано комплекс загальнонаукових і спеціальних методів, зокрема: логічний – при обґрунтуванні впливу оцінних показників на інтелектуальний потенціал підприємства; аналізу і синтезу – для оцінювання основних підходів до трактування понять і методики розрахунку оцінних показників; порівняння і групування – для систематизації показників, застосованих для оцінювання ефективності управління інтелектуальним потенціалом підприємства; графічний метод – для наочного представлення результаті аналітичних досліджень; абстрактно-логічний – для теоретичного узагальнення і формулювання висновків. Результати. Виявлено резерви розвитку інтелектуального потенціалу в межах особистісного та організаційного елементів. Доведено, що інтелектуальний потенціал є основою в інтелектуалізації українських молокопереробних підприємств. Уточнено поняття «інтелектуальний потенціал підприємства як можливості створювати інтелектуальну додану вартість шляхом налагодження виробництва та комерціалізації інтелектомісткої продукції, що забезпечує інноваційний розвиток бізнесу» та ««управління інтелектуальним потенціалом підприємства як систематизованих процесів інтелектуалізації праці з метою постійного підвищення рівня інтелектуальних компетенцій працівників та забезпечення інноваційного розвитку бізнесу». Розширено методичні підходи в оцінюванні ефективності управління інтелектуальним потенціалом підприємства шляхом систематизації оцінних показників і критеріїв. Встановлено резерви розвитку інтелектуального потенціалу в межах його структуризації на молокопереробних підприємствах для забезпечення інтелектомісткості виробництва. Сфера застосування результатів. Поширення в практичні діяльності українських підприємств, які функціонують в сфері молокопереробки методичних підходів в оцінюванні ефективності управління інтелектуальним потенціалом, дозволить посилити їхню інтелектуалізацію, що покращить можливості для виходу на міжнародні ринки.Introduction. Methodical approaches in evaluating the effective management of the enterprise's intellectual potential as a fundamental factor in ensuring intellectualization at the micro level have been studied. Evaluation indicators within the limits of personal and organizational elements of intellectual potential are systematized. An analysis of the state and dynamics of the intellectual potential of milk processing societies was carried out. Reserves have been established to improve the efficiency of management of the intellectual potential of milk processing companies based on evaluation indicators. The subject of the study is the assessment of the effectiveness of management of the intellectual potential of milk processing enterprises. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of managing the intellectual potential of business entities of the corporate sector, which conduct their activities in the field of milk processing and have prospects of entering international markets. Method (methodology). In the process of research, a complex of general scientific and special methods was used for the validity of the provisions given in the article, in particular: logical - when substantiating the impact of evaluation indicators on the intellectual potential of the enterprise; analysis and synthesis - for evaluating the main approaches to the interpretation of concepts and methods of calculating evaluation indicators; comparison and grouping - for the systematization of indicators used to evaluate the effectiveness of management of the enterprise's intellectual potential; graphic method - for visual representation of the results of analytical studies; abstract-logical - for theoretical generalization and formulation of conclusions. The results. Reserves for the development of intellectual potential within the limits of personal and organizational elements have been identified. It has been proven that intellectual potential is the basis for the intellectualization of Ukrainian milk processing enterprises. The concept of "intellectual potential of the enterprise as an opportunity to create intellectual added value by setting up the production and commercialization of intellectual-intensive products that ensures innovative business development" and "management of the intellectual potential of the enterprise as systematized processes of intellectualization of work with the aim of constantly increasing the level of intellectual competences of employees and ensuring innovative development" has been clarified business". Methodological approaches in evaluating the effectiveness of managing the intellectual potential of the enterprise by systematizing evaluation indicators and criteria have been expanded. Reserves for the development of intellectual potential have been established within the limits of its structuring at milk processing enterprises to ensure the intellectual capacity of production. Scope of results. The spread of methodical approaches in the evaluation of the effectiveness of management of intellectual potential in the practical activities of Ukrainian enterprises operating in the field of milk processing will make it possible to strengthen their intellectualization, which will improve opportunities to enter international markets.
