Abstract

Висвітлено питання забезпечення продовольчої безпеки в Україні та світі. Обґрунтовано потреби людини в їжі та причини голоду окремих верств населення. Досліджено сучасний стан споживання основних продуктів харчування на душу населення, якість харчування. Визначено місце і роль держави в продовольчому забезпеченні. Доведено, що розв’язання продовольчої проблеми безпосередньо пов’язано з вирішенням питань агропромислової сфери економіки. The question of providing of food safety is reflected in Ukraine and world.
