Інформатизація прокурорської діяльності: теоретико-правові засади

Abstract

Досліджено питання інформатизації прокурорської діяльності в розрізі правової природи інформаційних відносин. Узагальнено ознаки процесів інформатизації та впровадження інформаційних технологій в органах прокуратури з позиції їх організаційно-правового супроводження в нормах відомчих актів. Запропоновано авторський зміст термінів «інформатизація прокурорської діяльності», «інформатизація функцій прокуратури». In the article the author researches the issue of informatization of prosecutorial activities in the context of legal relations. The author summarizes the signs of processes of informatization and introduction of information technologies in the prosecutor’s office from the point of their organizational and legal support in the norms of departmental acts. The author proposes definitions of the terms «informatization of prosecutorial activity», «informatization of the functions of the prosecutor’s office».
