Abstract
From the point of view of modern political situation in our state and those aims which Ukraine aims to attain, especially actually a question about providing of co-operation of the state with citizens, approaching of the state appears to her citizens and increase of level of trust to the state. Foundation for it purpose is a grant to the citizens of possibility to get complete and reliable information about activity of power organs of all levels.
