Abstract
The development of international financial industry provides for the
permanent innovations of oversight system for bank and insurance activity.
Despite all their advantages, the elimination of boundaries between the banking
and insurance industries and the development of banking insurance as the
combining into holding companies and alliances, make for additional risk. To
minimize this risk, the system of consolidated oversight within the EU countries
has evolved into an integrated oversight that permits fuller control of the
activities of financial intermediaries, thus avoiding double regulation.
Description
Развитие международной финансовой отрасли предусматривает
постоянные инновации системы надзора за банковской и страховой
деятельностью. Стирание граней между банковским и страховым
бизнесом, развитие банкострахования как объединение в холдинг, альянс,
при всех преимуществах создает дополнительные риски. Для их
минимизации система консолидации надзора в странах ЕС
эволюционировала в интегрированный надзор, который позволяет полнее
контролировать деятельность финансовых посредников, избегая двойной
регуляции.
