Information communicability of sustainable financing of affordable housing in the conditions of the global crisis of the cost of living.

Abstract

The efficiency of functioning of one of the most capital-intensive markets in the world – the residential real estate market – is conditioned by the mechanism of its financing, which allows to unite the interests of the state, the private sector and citizens in order to improve the living conditions of the latter; to expand sources of attracting financial resources to intensify the construction and reconstruction of residential real estate; to intensify the development of housing construction, in particular affordable (social) housing.
