Військовий обов’язок та військова служба в Україні та країнах ЄС (на прикладі Німеччини)

Abstract

Доведено, що конституційний обов›язок захищати Вітчизну в Україні та країнах ЄС (на прикладі Німеччини), незалежність і територіальну цілісність України та військова служба мають важливе значення для правильного комплектування підрозділів Військової організації держави та країн ЄС (на прикладі Німеччини) особовим складом, для навчання громадян військовій справі. Підготовка до захисту держави, до чіткого функціонування держави, механізм і загалом забезпечення існування України в суверенному й незалежному стані, у якому людина має різні вияви свого життя, в якому, зокрема, вона в безпеці, є найвищою соціальною цінністю. Особливу увагу у статті відведено поясненню деяких обов›язків захищати Батьківщину, незалежність і територіальну цілісність України, а також несенню військової служби відповідно до закону, що передбачений ст. 65 Конституції України. Зазначені зобов›язання та термін їх виконання і впровадження необхідні для забезпечення існування нашої держави як суверенної і незалежної. The article proves that the constitutional duty to defend the Fatherland in Ukraine and the EU countries (based on the example of Germany), the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and military service are important for the proper manning of the units of the Military Organization of the State and the EU countries (based on the example of Germany), and for the training of citizens in military affairs. Preparation for the defense of the state, for the clear functioning of the state, the mechanism and, in general, ensuring the existence of Ukraine in a sovereign and independent state in which a person has various manifestations of his or her life, in which he or she is safe, is the highest social value. The article pays special attention to explaining some of the obligations to defend the Motherland, independence, and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as to perform military service in accordance with the law, as provided for in Article 65 of the Constitution of Ukraine. These obligations and the timeframe for their fulfillment and implementation are necessary to ensure the existence of our state as a sovereign and independent state.
