Сучасні детермінанти розвитку екологізації

Abstract

Вступ. Планетарні кліматичні зміни, російська військова агресія визначають важливість питань екологізації та пошуку рішень для її успішного розвитку. Розвиток екологізації на сьогодні є одним із першочергових питань в порядку денному. Адже присутній ряд екологічних проблем, що потрібно терміново вирішувати саме через екологізацію. Екологізація в своїй сутності формує нові підходи до ведення господарської діяльності, які дають змогу підвищити ефективність використання природних ресурсів з одночасним збереженням природного середовища, його поліпшенням на різних рівнях й забезпеченням загального добробуту для життєдіяльності людини. Однак виходячи з сучасних тенденцій розвитку, екологізація зустрілась з певними перешкодами для її успішної реалізації. Запропоноване дослідження присвячене узагальненню і формулюванню власного бачення причин того, чому екологічні питання вирішують недостатньо ефективно. Мета наукової праці полягає у визначенні об’єктивних та суб’єктивних перешкод успішного розвитку екологізації як важливої складової забезпечення сталого розвитку та напряму гуманізації сучасного суспільства. Метод (методологія). У дослідженні використано низку загальнонаукових та спеціально наукових методів, насамперед: аналізу та синтезу для виявлення причин неналежного рівня екологізації усіх складових життя сучасного суспільства, зокрема економіки; систематизації – узагальнення й виокремлення об’єктивних та суб’єктивних перешкод екологізації; гносеології – окреслення основних проблемних причин розвитку екологізації в період сучасності. Результати. За результатами проведеного дослідження аргументовано важливість інтенсифікації вирішення екологічних проблем, що стоять перед сучасним людством. Виявлено комплекс чинників, що гальмують еколого-орієнтовані зусилля світової спільноти. Їх розмежовано на об’єктивного та суб’єктивного характеру перешкоди. Розглянуто сутнісну характеристику виокремлених перешкод. Звернуто увагу на екологічні виклики, спричинені військовим вторгненням російських окупантів в Україну. Визначено необхідність формування системного та комплексного інструментарію засобів боротьби з екологічним проблемами через міжнародні об’єднання. Також запропоновано перехід до реальних рішучих дій та формування інституту міжнародної екологічної відповідальності.Introduction. The development of greening is currently one of the priority issues on the agenda. After all, there are a number of environmental problems that need to be urgently solved precisely through greening. Greening, in its essence, forms new approaches to economic activity, which make it possible to increase the efficiency of the use of natural resources with the simultaneous preservation of the natural environment, its improvement at various levels and the provision of general well-being for human life. However, based on modern development trends, greening encountered certain obstacles for its successful implementation. The proposed study is devoted to the generalization and formulation of one's own vision of the reasons why environmental issues are not solved efficiently enough. Goal. The purpose of the scientific work is to identify objective and subjective obstacles to the successful development of ecologization as an important component of ensuring sustainable development and the direction of humanization of modern society. Method (methodology). A number of general scientific and special scientific methods is used in the research, first of all: analysis and synthesis to identify the determinants for the inadequate level of ecologization of all components of the life of modern society, in particular the economy; systematization – summarizing and distinguishing objective and subjective obstacles to ecologization in the world and in Ukraine; of epistemology – outline of the main problematic reasons for the development of environmentalization in the modern period. Results. Based on the results of the research, the importance of intensifying the solution of environmental problems faced by modern humanity is argued. A complex of factors inhibiting the ecologically oriented efforts of the world community is identified. They are divided into objective and subjective obstacles. The essential characteristics of the isolated obstacles are considered. Attention is drawn to the environmental challenges caused by the military invasion of the russian occupiers in Ukraine. The need for the formation of a systematic and complex toolkit of means of combating environmental problems through international associations has been determined. It is also proposed to move to real decisive actions and the formation of an institute of international environmental responsibility.
