Abstract
Проаналізовано міжнародно-правовий механізм реалізації права на справедливий судовий розгляд. Досліджено загальну модель реагування міжнародних органів та інституцій у сфері захисту прав людини. Визначено основні елементи процесу захисту права на справедливий судовий розгляд. The presented paper is devoted to the analysis the international legal mechanism of the realization of the right
for a fair trial. Describing ways and current state of general model of reaction of international bodies and institutions
in the field of human right’s protection. As the result it is defined the main elements in the process of the protection of
the right for a fair trial.
