An efficiency of using local budgets in Ukraine

Abstract

The formed concepts indicate that there is no single approach to assessing the effectiveness of the use of financial resources of local communities. The problem of determining such efficiency is to develop a unified approach to estimation local goods and services provided by local communities and to estimation their resources for these activities.
