Global Digital Transformation of the Social Sphere in the Context of New Horizons of Sustainable Development Policy.

Abstract

The development of small and medium-sized businesses and micro-businesses determines: the spread of the declarative principle of starting an economic activity; liberalization of state regulation and establishment of a moratorium on inspections; insurance against war risks; liberalization of the tax system; creation of conditions for investment attraction; unification and digitization of tools (unified license register, regulatory portal); consideration of the draft law on market supervision. In the conditions of war, it is difficult to overestimate the social role of small and micro-businesses, which create jobs and, accordingly, reduce the burden on the state budget, which lacks funds for social assistance to displaced persons.
