Збройні сили України в 1917–1921 рр. за архівними матеріалами: історико-правове дослідження

Abstract

Досліджено роль та значущість розбудови Збройних Сил України та Армії Української держави в 1917–1921 рр. за архівними документами. Виокремлено етапи будівництва Війська України, зокрема, в період Української Центральної Ради, Гетьманату П. Скоропадського, Директорії, ЗУНР, які є найбільш повчальними для сучасного державотворення у військовій сфері. Закцентовано увагу на те, що найціннішими для дослідження обраної теми є архівні матеріали, оскільки вони забезпечують повноту й об’єктивність наукового опрацювання. Введені в науковий обіг матеріали дозволять долучитись до аналізу цих проблем широкому колу науковців. Вказано та коротко охарактеризовано основні фонди державних архівів, в яких містяться документи з військової та державотворчої проблематики. Зокрема, Центральний державний архів вищих органів влади і органів управління України (ЦДАВО України); Центральний державний архів громадських об’єднань України (ЦДАГО України); Центральний державний історичний архів України (ЦДІА України); Російський державний військовий архів (РДВА); Російський державний військово-історичний архів (РДВІА); Державний архів Вінницької області (ДАВО). The article is devoted to research the role and significance of the building of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Army of the Ukrainian state in 1917–1921 on archival documents. The stages of the construction Troops of Ukraine, in particular, in the period of the Ukrainian Central Rada, Hetman P. Skoropadskyi, the Directory of the UNR, ZUNR, which are the most instructive for modern state-building in the military sphere. The article focuses on the fact that the most valuable for the research of this topic are archival materials, since they ensure the integrity and objectivity of its investigation and development. And introduced into scientific circulation materials will allow into the analysis of these problems a wide range of scientists. The author indicated and briefly describes the General funds of the state archives, which contain documents of the military and political issues.
